What is USG
USG stands for Undergraduate Student Government! We are elected and appointed representatives of the Student Body that work diligently to make positive changes at Kent State University! The Undergraduate Student Government was founded in 1924 at Kent State and since has had a large impact on the Student Body. Some projects that you may not have known were USG ran include SPIN bikes and scooters, free period products in bathrooms, and more! USG also allocates fundings to many student organizations and students wishing to host events or go to academic conferences!
WHO is usg
The Undergraduates Student Government is broken down into the Office of the President, Directors, Academic Senators, Senators at Large, Vice-Chairs, and Committees. These members all work together to better Kent, and separately to aid their constituents. USG works with Kent State Leadership and the entire Student Body.
